I also asked the Reward's Center agent when did that become a requirement for me to lose in order to receive a food comp (especially after all thousands of dollars that I had been losing on a regular basis at IN Grand Casino). Then, I immediately asked her 'If I am understanding you correctly, I have to be losing in order to receive a food comp at this casino?' Reward's Center agent nodded her head 'yes.' I was completely baffled by being denied a food comp because I wasn't losing that day! I was very frustrated by this very unfair matter. :-( I asked to receive a small $20 food comp to the Sidewalk Cafe and I was told by Reward's Center agent that because I was up for the day (winning a couple hundred dollars), that she couldn't provide me with a food comp. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit. I also hope they resume having poker at this casino and that they have live dealers I hope it is managed better in the future. I will go back to the casino later in hopes that things will be better. I played a $25 table however the pit bosses were not coordinated in how the table was managed because the dealers kept getting conflicting instructions AND when one pit boss allowed someone to take the seat of someone who had left the table he did not inform the others of his decision and the dealer change just complicated the issue when that person returned to claim his seat (fortunately they did not force the person who got the seat to relinquish it the person who wanted the seat saved was leaving the table constantly and was playing other games while away so he deserved to lose his seat). NO ONE was playing at the $100 so those dealers were just standing around YET there were people begging to play $10, $15 and $25.the wait for those lower limit table was at least an hour. The high limit area in mid afternoon when I walked thru had $50 and $100 minimum tables.

They had $25 tables with shuffler machines that were not continuous BUT these tables had 8 decks of cards which is a very steep price to pay when there are 8 decks (and they were playing down to a half a deck). They had $15 tables that had continuous shufflers which is also a sad way to run a black jack table because there is never a break in the flow of cards. They had $10 tables that paid 6 to 5 on black jacks which of course is a sad thing to have there should be no such tables in the casino because of the poor payout on blackjack. It was very crowded I had never seen it so crowded but of course it was the first day of Live Dealers.
